Advantages:

With adoption of non-electrolyte LED driver, it makes lifespan more than 5 times compared with normal LED light

(Most manufacturers claim that their LED lamp assemblies can last 50,000 hours or more. However, even high quality LED lamp assemblies can last as little as 8,000 hours (about 1 year). The problem in those older generation assemblies is that they use electrolytic capacitors with an average lifespan of approximately 8,000 hours. That is 42,000 hours less than the claimed lifespan for the whole assemblies. Obviously something was wrong.

The lifespan of electrolytic capacitors reduces as the operating temperatures increase, e.g. a temperature rise of only 10 degrees centigrade electrolytic capacitor lifespan by 50%. Although the light-emitting diode(LED) might last 50,000 hours, the full assembly can only operate as long as the shortest lifespan of all its component parts. If the electrolytic capacitor only last 8,000 hours the complete LED lamp units can only have the same lifespan)

 To adopt theory of E27 installation, it is easier for installation.
